Cops pinched Del Rosario last \nsummer as he filmed them arresting revelers during Puerto Rican Day \nfestivities on Fifth Avenue in Sunset Park. They beat Del Rosario and \nthen tried to make him look like the aggressor, his lawyer said.<\/p><p>\u201cBasically, my client was a victim of a gang assault by the 72nd \nPrecinct,\u201d said attorney Rebecca Heinegg. \u201cFive officers slammed him \nagainst the gate of a closed store.
